Registration opens on the Monday following March Break.
Spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis so it is best to register as soon as possible. Once payment for camp has been made, there are no refunds or transfers of credit.

Once you register online you will receive a confirmation email from recdesk within two business days.
If you register in person, our front desk attendant will email you with confirmation details.
We require at least one staff member for every 15 children.
Our classroom ratios will not exceed 1:15

Please make us aware of your child's allergy by noting so in the designated area on our registration form.

Please note that if any medication needs to be administered during program hours, the Permission to Administer Medication Form must be completed.
If your child has an anaphylaxis allergy please print have your family doctor fill out THIS FORM
ALL MEDICAL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO CAMP IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD'S SPACE IN CAMP.

Our Robert Meek location includes two healthy snacks and lunch in their weekly fees.
Our West End location / Youth Camps only include snack and lunch on Fridays.
There is an optional daily lunch add-on available for $10. You will indicate your request upon registration.
For families who would prefer to send lunch from home, Please refer to our bag lunch policy for guidelines and restrictions.
If receiving snack and lunch through the meal program, we will do our best to accommodate your child and provide an alternate snack or meal. All allergies and food restrictions must be listed on the registration form.
Camp fees are required to reserve space

There will be no refunds or transfers of credit once payment has been made.
**If a family has not made payment by 4:00 pm on the payment due date as listed, their space will not be held and their child will be removed from our summer camp roster.**
Lunch Bags, Sunscreen, and Water Bottle should be labelled stating the child's name
Children will be required to apply sunscreen before going outdoors
The Boys and Girls Club of Kingston & Area is an “electronic free” space. We do not allow members to bring or use cell phones, gaming devices, ipods or mp3 players, digital cameras etc. The Boys and Girls Club is not responsible for stolen money or valuables that are brought to camp.
Please contact your camp location by telephone or email to notify them of absence as soon as you are aware that the child will not attend or will be late (arrival after 10am).
Safe sign in / sign out approved guardian pick up:
All children must be signed in and out with our front desk staff upon drop-off and pick-up at camp. Children will only be released to approved parents or guardians. Please see our approved pick up section of our registration forms. Without written permission we will not allow a child to leave with a non-approved individual.
Our camp spaces are based on weekly registrations. We do not have individual day registrations available.
Individual session calendars will be available at the front desk on the first day of camp. It will list trips, swim days and special events.
Yes, there is a Fee Assistance Program available for all camps for those families who qualify/are in need. Parents/Guardians are to speak with the Manager of the camp location to get more information on the application process.
Subsidy does not apply to West End Partnership Camps or Bricks 4 Kidz
