EarlyON RECE Facilitator

The EarlyON RECE Facilitator is responsible for the delivery of high quality EarlyON programing which is welcoming, inclusive, integrated, and community led. All EarlyON programming is to be delivered within the context of the Provincial Pedagogical Framework, including How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years, and in accordance with the College of Early Childhood Educators Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Striving for the goal of best outcomes for children, their families, and Caregivers, EarlyON services must be delivered within the context of the Mandatory Core Services: Engaging Parents and Caregivers, Supporting Early Learning and Development, and Making Connections for Families.

ECE Coordinator

The Boys and Girls Club of Kingston & Area is seeking an Early Childhood Educator Coordinator for our Licensed After School Programs located in the North End of Kingston. The ECE Coordinator will be responsible for providing JK/SK programming that use developmentally appropriate practices in a safe physical environment. ECE Coordinator will implement Programs that provide experiences that promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Successful candidates will understand the importance of physical and emotional health, and display an enthusiasm for working with children. Candidates will maintain a warm and open relationship with the children in their groups, and will be sensitive to their needs and able to communicate readily with them.

Bus Driver

The Boys and Girls Club of Kingston & Area is seeking part-time and casual bus drivers.

These positions will provide daily transportation for children and youth to attend Day Care, After School Programs, Summer Camp Programs and various functions in the community.

Qualifications required:

  • Previous driving experience.
  • Hold a class B drivers license.
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • Clean police check with vulnerable sector.
  • First aid & CPR.
  • Up to date immunization record, (includes MMR & TDP - 10 year booster).

All drivers must comply with Boys and Girls Club of Kingston & Area, Government and school regulations.
A positive attitude and team approach is required! Please note, only those selected will be contacted for an interview.
